But you’ll need to move fast if you want to nab this bargain, and you’ll need to get your Clubcard at the ready too[/caption]

One savvy shopper was left stunned when browsing in her local Tesco, when she spotted that a range of kids’ toys, in particular a toy car, had been reduced.

Thrilled with her finds, Rachel Mellor took to social media, to alert other bargain hunters to the epic reductions

Posting on Facebook, on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private group with a staggering 2.3 million members, Rachel shared a picture of the reduced items and wrote: “Tesco has a few savings on at the moment. Thought this was a good price.”

Rachel spotted a child’s battery operated Land Rover, which was once priced at a staggering £120, and is now reduced down to just £50 – yes, you heard that correctly.

The toy Land Rover is capable of speeds up to 1.7 km/hour and is sure to put a huge smile on any child’s face this Christmas

Kids can use it both as an electric ride on or as a classic push and go car.

So if you’re a Land Rover mum (lucky you), and want to get your little darling one to match, or just want to treat your child this festive season, you’ll need to move fast.

There’s a huge £70 discount, but to get this whopping saving, you’ll need to have a Clubcard.

If you’re a Tesco shopper, you will no doubt have heard of the Clubcard.

Under the scheme, you get exclusive low prices on dozens of products and build up points after making purchases.

It has proven so popular since its launch in 1995 there are now millions of customers signed up.

It’s definitely worth signing up if you shop at the supermarket regularly as you can save hundreds of pounds in the long term.

To join Clubcard, you’ll need to register for a Tesco account.

You can register and become a Clubcard member by downloading the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play

You can also follow the steps online at tesco.com

Rachel’s post has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up 421 comments.

Many social media users were stunned at the savings and took to the comments to share their thoughts on the reduced items.

One person said: “That’s a genius idea!”

Another added: “I need one.”

Whilst a third tagged a loved one and commented: “We need to get this for George for Christmas.”

Whilst one shopper tagged a friend and wrote: “We need a Tesco Clubcard, look at that price difference.”

Meanwhile, another parent claimed: “Really strong and sturdy. Bought last year for £40 for my youngest.”
