THIS is the adorable moment King Charles praises two youngsters’ “very cool” homemade toy Land Rover.

Brothers William, six, and Oliver, three, chatted to the King as he arrived at church service in Sandringham this morning.

But, when the royal was out of sight, a cop slapped young Oliver a parking ticket.

It was the first time King Charles had been seen since further accusations were made about his brother Prince Andrew.

The young boys were waiting at the rope line with parents Simon and Georgina Ward as the King made his way to the service.

And their homemade motor, which had the registration plate ‘W144IAM’, caught Charles’ eye.

The royal came over to chat to the youngsters – quizzing them on whether or not they’d ever crashed it.

Mum Georgina said: “The King was very friendly.

“He asked about how the Land Rover worked and what it was used for, whether it was pedal or battery-powered.

“He also asked whether the boys had ever crashed it.

“As he was going he said it was ‘very cool’ – which was nice to hear.”

Charles has been known to be a fan of Land Rover with one previously owned by the head royal up for sale earlier this year.

Mum Georgina continued: “We knew the royals were around but you don’t expect to run into them, so it was great timing.

“We only live ten minutes down the road so come to Sandringham a lot for walks, especially on Sundays.

“The car is something we made at home and the boys use it everywhere.

“It’s powered by a battery and doesn’t go very fast, but they love driving it around.”

The King wore a tan overcoat and silver tie and jacket and was attending St Mary Magdalene Church which is on the Royal Estate.

The visit marks the first time Charles has been seen since Prince Andrew was named 69 times in US court papers relating to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The Prince, 63, had plunged the Royal Family into a fresh scandal amid detailed claims he took part in an “underage orgy” and groped a woman’s breast while she sat in his lap like “Santa”.

The dossier released in New York includes claims an underage girl was told to give Andrew “whatever he demanded” while on Epstein’s private Caribbean resort on Little St James — dubbed “paedophile island”.

The Duke of York was stripped of his royal roles in shame and banished from public duty by Queen Elizabeth as he paid out millions of pounds to sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre, 40, two years ago.

But dad-of-two Andrew — who has always maintained his innocence — has “crept” back into royal life.
